Contact Form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, project size, project timeline, and message content.

AI Chat Widget: Our AI-powered chat assistant (powered by ElevenLabs) may collect your name, email, company, project details, and conversation transcripts when you interact with it.

Scheduling: When you book a consultation through our Calendly integration, we receive your name, email, and scheduling details.

Payment Information: If you purchase AI Tools subscriptions, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Analytics & visitor identification: We use Vercel Analytics (cookieless), Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot visitor tracking to understand site usage and identify returning companies that engage with our content. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Stripe (US/IE) — Payment processing
  • Calendly (US) — Appointment scheduling

Each service has its own privacy policy. International transfers from the EU/UK rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and lead data for up to two years. AI chat transcripts are retained for up to one year. Analytics data is retained in anonymized form. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
